- If you are asking to SURRENDER a cat, you must click here to fill out the surrender questionnaire. If you do not hear from us within 14 days, we are too full to accept your surrender at this time. In the meantime, please continue contacting other local rescues and shelters. *NOTE: We only accept FRIENDLY cats from Southbury and towns that are close to Southbury, CT. We DO NOT accept feral or semi-feral cats. We also do not accept out-of-state transfers.
